Fine caster sugar has a fantastic bakery and confectionery applications. As Caster sugar dissolves very quickly, its perfect for meringue, mousse, whipped cream, cookies, cakes, puddings, sweet sauces and beverages.
- Pirouette Fine Caster Sugar has a property to dissolves quickly and incorporates more air into your bakes, thus making it perfect for adding volume and producing a lighter texture to your dishes.
- Blends rapidly and harmoniously with other ingredients, making it the ideal sugar for all icings, frostings, buttercreams, cake fillings, and meringues. Give a smooth opaque finish to the surface decorations of baked goods.
- Unrefined sugar tends to form lumps due to compaction. To revert to a crystal appearance , break it apart by hand or with a pestle. Lumps due to compaction do not impact product quality or taste profile.
