- Pirouette Dark Muscovado Sugar has a fine, moist texture, its an aromatic delight. This divine soft dark brown and moist unrefined special sugar carries the dusky flavour of natural molasses. Due to its rich toffee flavour it goes beautifully with gingerbread, coffee, chocolate cakes, fudge as well as in the preparation of savoury dishes and sweet and sour sauces.
- Due to its fine moist texture, high molasses content, and strong lingering flavor. It has become Chefs and bakers favorite sugar. Use in recipes calling for dark brown sugar, it adds a whole new flavor dimension to baked goods.
