- To make 1 liter of concentrated syrup, use 600g of sugar, 600ml of water, 8 to 10g of citric acid, and 4 to 5ml of emulsion.
- Boil sugar and water to make the syrup, then add citric acid and emulsion after it cools down. Filter and store in a cool place away from sunlight. To serve, mix 1 part syrup with 3 parts water or soda.
