- The colour changes from the inner to the outside side, according on the soil conditions, from light brown to dark black. Its a process that happens all the time
- The Glycemic Index measures how quickly a person's blood sugar levels rise after eating. Palm sugar is a natural sweetener with a low glycemic index (GI).
- It's nutrient-dense, with plenty of vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, and B12. Its high iron content aids in the treatment of anaemia.
- Palm jaggery is 100 percent natural, there are specific storage guidelines to follow. During hot and cold weather, store in a clean, light, warm place with the palm box provided by us.
