Description
- Khejur Patali Gur [Date Palm Jaggery], made from the sap of the Palm Tree, is a winter delicacy and is a special produce of West Bengal. Made from the sap of the date palm, this jaggery is much awaited by all Bengalis and they use it extensively in place of sugar in all their sweet treats.
- Menu Maker Khejur Gur in plastic container is a deviation from regular Thala Patali. It has been intentionally designed keeping in mind Covid & Post Covid era to minimize human touch. Hot molten Gur is poured in the food grade plastic container without human touch, allowed to cool and sundry. Then it is capped, Labelled & shrink wrapped to arrest surface oxidation & fermentation which is not possible for Thala Gur.
- Ingredient Sap of Date Tree. 100% Vegetarian Product. Healthy Substitute against regular sugar.
- Best before six months from packaging when stored in a refrigerator immediately on receiving the gur.
- Winter sweet treat delicacies like Pithe, Puli & Payesh are incomplete without this ingredient. Taste it to find it.
