Then it is capped, Labelled & shrink wrapped to arrest surface oxidation & fermentation which is not possible for Thala Patali.
- Shelf Life: 6 Months; Immediate refrigeration on receiving the Gur increases the shelf life.
- All safety & hygiene is maintained in the packaging process.
