Cooking time : Meishi Soba Noodles: Cook the noodles in boiling water for about 4 minutes. Meishi Udon Noodles: Cook the noodles in boiling water for about 4-5 minutes. Serving tips: Serve fried, or with soup or with your favorite gravy.
