- MAVIs Beetroot Kanji / Beetkvass is a zero sugar, savoury beverage made with organic beetroot. The sugar from the beetroot is completely consumed during fermentation giving it a tangy taste. This delicious drink is not only diabetic-friendly, but it also known to provide numerous health benefits. The kvass is very close cousin to Kanji which is extremely popular in North India.
- Honest and Clean Products- Kanji is typically made with black carrots but since, organic black carrots are unavailable for most of the year, organic beetroot serves as a better ingredient; and at MAVI's Pantry we do only honest and clean products.
