Our Chef Mr. Manish, who is well trained from Carpigiani University, Italy, came up with an authentic dessert Premixes. These are a range of ready to use egg-less blends. A product which is the need of the hour, a product for every Gelato/Icecream parlour, a product desired by every Gelato fan. Prepare creamy Gelato with rich aroma in the most hassle free & simple way. Direction: Mix 360 gms of premix with 1000 gms of fresh milk & 100 gms of fresh cream (25% FAT). Whip/Mix well before use. Make sure the base is smooth & without any lumps. Once the base is prepared, refrigerate it before use.
