- SUN COOKED INDIAN DAMASK ROSE: Our Organic, Ayurvedic Gulkand is made from fresh pink rose from the hills of Pushkar, Rajasthan. We sun cook these roses along with natural sugar candy. This traditional Ayurvedic process of making our rose petal jam helps retain the natural aroma, taste and nutritional benefit of the roses.
- ACTS AS A DIGESTIVE: Gulkand is an ancient Indian digestive tonic as it helps improve appetite and helps correct digestive troubles. It helps improve the health of the gut flora and strengthen the intestines. Gulkand is rich in antioxidants, hence it could be beneficial with ulcers. You may mix it in milk and consume it as a rose sherbet or simply have it by itself. You can also add gulkand to your sweets like cupcakes or barfi to give them a unique, rosy flavour
