- Start by heating a wide and heavy-bottomed pan and adding A2 cow milk to it.
- Gently simmer the milk on low heat, stirring frequently to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.
- While the milk is simmering, soak a few strands of saffron in a tablespoon of warm milk to release its color and flavor.
- Keep stirring the milk until it reaches a creamy consistency and develops a rich golden color due to saffron.
