(1) Add 220ml of water to the contents of this pack.Mix well and keep for 10 minutes. Add chopped coriander leaves, ginger & green chilies if required.(2) Shape into small round balls or flat meduvada with a hole in the center. Heat oil in a frying pan. Release a small ball of dough into the oil. (3) If it rises quickly, start releasing the vada in it or heat the oil till the ball rises quickly.lessen the heat and fry the vadas till golden brown.(4) Drain the vada of excess oil and serve hot with sambar and chutney.
