• READY MADE CHILLI PAROTTA: Chilli Parotta is a very famous dish in many South Indian restaurants. This is an easy recipe. Everyone will love this chilli parotta for sure.
• INGREDIENTS: Parotta Pieces : Wheat Flour, Salt and Water. Masala Paste : Tomato Pulp, Refined Sunflower Oil, Salt, Garlic, Ginger, Soya Sauce, Chilli, Coriander, Cumin, Fennel, Pepper, Cinnamon, Clove, Cardamom, Turmeric, Nutmeg, Bay Leaf, Star Aniseed.
• SMALL BATCH PROCESSED: We take utmost efforts to manufacture our products in small batches. This will help us to maintain the freshness of the products and ship the freshly prepared products to the consumers without keeping in the inventory for months.
• SUGGESTED USE: Boil 1 litre water for 5 minutes. Add Ceylon Chilli Parotta and one spoon of oil and boil for a further 6 minutes. Filter excess water in boiled parotta pieces and add cold water to it.Then drain the water. Add oil in a pan and fry chopped onions. Add Chilli parotta paste and 60ml of water to make it into gravy. Add boiled chilli parotta pieces to the gravy. Mix well.
• MSG FREE (Mono Sodium Glutamate Free) : We do not add Mono Sodium Glutamate (MSG) or any other chemical food additives in our chilli parotta product to enhance the flavour or taste.
