• As the name suggests, it a special type of papad having a unique recipe. It is made from the top quality urad dal, moong dal, hing and other spices which gives it a distinctive taste.It is made in Bikaner, Rajasthan. Tastes best when roasted.
• Ingredients: urad flour, edible flour, groundnut oil, black pepper (2.5%), iodised salt and papadkhar. It is made in Bikaner, Rajasthan. Tastes best when roasted.
• How to make: For roasted and crushed Bikaneri papad, first roast the papad on an open flame till it turns crisp. Break the papad and crush it with your hands. Then add salt, and slight red chilli powder to make "papad churi". You can also have it as an evening snack or add crunchiness to your meals.
• This product contains no added colour and preservatives. They are double cleaned - machine cleaned and manually cleaned. DNV foods continues to maintain its authenticity and consistency in quality and safety while packaging.
