This jelly crystals weighs 100g and is a vegetarian product. It is made from sugar, carrageenan, edible gum, fumaric acid, potassium citrate, permitted food colours & flavours. Dissolve contents in 500 ml boiling water., mix properly & set in mould in the fridge., loosen the edges & invert mould for yummy jelly, ready to serve.. The packet has a shelf life of 18 months.
