• Clean and wash fish cubes. Combine all the above mentioned ingredients in a mixing bowl and marinate fish cubes. Keep it aside for minimum 30 minutes. Heat a tava or frying pan. Add few tbsp of oil and shallow fry marinated fish cubes till it turns golden brown. Remove from the heat and serve hot.
• It should be soak in water for half an hour - then it is very easy to peal the skin and avoid excess salt. after cleaning process, add enough turmeric powder and chilly powder. keep it sometimes to absorb it. then you can fry. even the small bones are also able eat.Good for both fry and gravy.
