Description
- Ingredients: Wheat, Amaranth seeds (rajgira), Barley, Finger millet (ragi), Little millet (sama), Pearl millet (bajra), Parboiled rice, Maize, Great Millet (jowar), Oats, Chick peas (channa), Green gram (moong), Horse gram (kulthi), Roasted gram, Soya bean, Black gram (urad).
- Allergens: Wheat/ Gluten | Multigrain porridge mix contains no preservatives/ chemicals/ colors/ flavor and No added sugar or salt
- Storage instructions: store in a cool and dry place, once opened keep in a air tight container
- Preparation method: Take 100 ml of plain water. Add 2 full teaspoons of Ammae Health Mix. Stir throughly to mix well and crush the lumps to get dissolved fully. Fill it with 100 ml of Hot or cold milk. Add sugar upon ones taste.
- Preferred to consume during breakfast time or mid morning or evening.
