• Ingredients - Black Gram (Black Urad Dal), Sesame seeds (Till), Salem Idly Rice, Pumpkin Seeds and Dry Ginger.
• Simple Rice & Dal porridge mix contains no preservatives/ chemicals/ colors/ flavor and No added sugar or salt
• How to Use - Amosteo is a porridge mix. Mix 2 spoons of amosteo to small quantity of water. Mix properly without lumps and bring to boil in low flame for 2 minutes until it becomes thick consistency. Add salt or jaggery for taste.
• Pour half glass (100ml) of plain water in a container. Add 2 teaspoons of Amosteoto the same. Place the container with the mix in a stove and keep the fire in low mode. Mix the powder thoroughly without any lumps until it gets dissolved. Stir the mix continuously to avoid sticking to the pan. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes and porridge is ready. Add salt or sugar or jaggery to taste and Amosteo Health Porridge is ready to drink.
• Storage instructions: Store in a cool and dry place, once opened keep in a air tight container

Amosteo Health Porridge is a simple porridge mix with Boiled rice & Black gram(Urad dal). Black Gram has numerous benefits. It contains abundance of Iron and calcium, which is helpful for bone density and growth. It contains dry ginger powder which is helpful for digestion.
