Rice Atta / Rice Flour is free of Trans-fats, and cholesterol and is rich in minerals and carbohydrates. Rice flour is a finely ground flour, which is prepared by dehusking the outer layer of rice and then grinding it to make it into powdered form. We ensure that the packaging of our flour is done securely to maintain the purity so that it can be used fresh every time. Rice flour is white in color and powder texture, being less intrusive to taste.
Rice flour has a lot of culinary usages and is commonly used in making idli, dosa, uttapam, cupcakes, cakes, pastry, etc. Rice flour is mild in taste so it does not overpower other flavors in the dish while adding texture to the dish.
