This versatile nature makes it a key product in your family wellness kit. Usage Instructions: Cold Therapy - Keep the gel pack in the freezer section of the refrigerator for at least 2 to 3 hours and the pack is ready for use. You can store the pack in the freezer for longer as well. Hot Therapy - Boiling Water: Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. Remove the pot from the heat source. Immerse the gel pack in the hot water for approximately 3-8 minutes, or until the desired temperature is reached. Carefully remove the gel pack from the hot water using tongs or a spoon. Test the temperature of the gel pack with your hand or a thermometer to ensure it is not too hot before using. Microwave: Place the gel pack in the microwave-safe container. Heat the gel pack in the microwave on high power for 30 seconds (based on a 600W microwave). Carefully remove the gel pack from the microwave using oven mitts or a towel, as it may be hot. Knead the gel pack to distribute the heat evenly. Check the temperature of the gel pack with your hand or a thermometer to ensure it is not too hot before using. If the desired temperature has not been achieved, return the gel pack to the microwave and heat in 10-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached, being careful not to overheat.
