Prepared from stone-grounding of locally grown Moong from dry lands of Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. Adrish Moong dal is a power house of proteins.
Seeds used are of indigenous variety and are sprayed with jeevamrut, dashaparni ark and various traditional organic sprays to avoid pests and insect attacks.
The crop harvesting time is usually 40-50% higher than the hybrid counterparts, but that's definitely worth it!

Storage Instructions: Store in cool & dry place. Transfer into an air-tight glass container on receipt. Apply some castor oil and put some red chilies to keep the pests at bay.
